The people responsible for this need to found and killed.
Found and killed?
They work for Putin, so they are already "found".
Assuming they do not work for Russian authorities directly, the authorities know who they are and will now assume more oversight.
I do not think publicly trying to force Putin to do something will work. It'll make Putin
look weak so he will resist. IF the Russians are forced, which is a BIG IF and I doubt that they can be, then they might throw a few token hackers to the wolves, but keep the really good ones. They ones, which they keep, will be making less and will have oversight.
It might be a Al Qaeda situation. The Taliban protected Al Qaeda and Al Qaeda swore fealty to the Taliban, but did not tell the Taliban of their extra curricular late night planning sessions.
Difference is that Russia has nukes and the Taliban did not.
Maybe the Russians consider this payback for the oil spill in Siberia in the 1980s? Of course the Russian did a lot stuff in the 80s too.
If it is payback or if Putin did know, we would have been better off installing the elected president Trump and not the imposter, President *. You do not mess with people, who are a little squirrelly.
We should hyave installe
Geno for Baltimore, MD. I filled up my and my GF’s tank today, lines were forming, some stations are out of gas. Luckily I work from home now!
