Israel Defense: Head of IDF intelligence: Israel is under constant cyber threat, attacks will be answered accordingly
Maj. Gen. Heyman spoke at the international cyber conference at Tel Aviv University where he received the "Trojan Horse" prize on behalf of the IDF
The head of the IDF Military Intelligence Directorate, Maj. Gen. Tamir Heyman, participated yesterday in the international cyber conference at Tel Aviv University where he received the "Trojan Horse" prize on behalf of the IDF. In his speech, the general addressed the constant cyber threat against Israel.
"In the framework of the last operation in Gaza, data that was collected from a variety of sources, from the cyber domain among others, was combined using advanced processing capabilities, artificial intelligence and machine learning for operational output. It enabled the IDF to function better, faster, and with less loss of human life," said Maj. Gen. Heyman.
