Sputnik: US Military Vehicles Falling Into Taliban Hands at Alarming Rate, Report Finds
The United States and its allies began their withdrawal from Afghanistan in May after over 19 years of war against the Taliban. Washington has promised to complete the pullout by the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks – which served as the formal pretext for the invasion of Afghanistan and the start of a global "war on terror."
The US-equipped Afghan National Army is reportedly surrendering its military equipment and weapons to the Taliban at an alarming rate, with entire battalions of soldiers disbanding without a fight in anticipation of an imminent collapse of the government amid the ongoing US and NATO withdrawal from the country.
A thorough open-source intelligence investigation of Afghan security forces equipment by Oryx, a conflict-focused news outlet trusted by major US media including Forbes, estimates that the Taliban has gotten its hands on as many as 715 Humvees and other light trucks, plus dozens of armoured vehicles and heavy artillery systems, in recent weeks.

As what happens in Iraq against ISIS.
Once the Taliban conquer Afghanistan will they continue cultivating drugs? I think they will
since it is a major portion of their revenue. Much as the Columbian cartels exported cocaine after a few decades of it, there is a huge number of Columbian addicts. It was all fun and games when it was just American addicts. What will the Taliban do with Afghan addicts? Will regional power brokers give the Taliban their full cut of drug profits or will they skim?
With Russia and Pakistan enforcing borders more, will drugs make it to markets like Europe? One way for Pakistan to partially control or influence the Taliban is to restrict or not restrict the flow of drugs. Some Pakistani officials may be suborn by drug runners, but the ISI will see access to Pakistan ports as leverage. Point is the Taliban may not make as much profit with drugs as before. They may make more. It remains to be seen. However it is a source of leverage to crack down on the drug routes.
Without American tax money going to Afghanistan and Pakistan there will be an economic contraction. I hope the Taliban and the Pak elite enjoy.
The State Department will resist totally defunding the Pakistani backstabbers.

I believe nred is a typo by the dumb blond.

Then the blond moves the goal posts. Blondie mentions Wars. Wars plural not war singular. No one was asking about wars since the beginning of time.
