From Business Insider: We got an inside look at what it's like on the first day for new freshmen, known as cadets, at the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. In-Processing Day, or "I-Day," marks the beginning of these cadets' journey to becoming members of the "Long Blue Line" that represents Air Force officers. Bootcamp for the Chairforce = harsh words. Tear towel standard issue. Even back in the 70s their mess halls were like Michelin star hotels compared to the shit factories real grunts ate at.
