Everyone knows this going in, so why do the review? For optics. It is a dog and pony show.
The reason why there is no declassification s because our ally, Saudi Arabia, is a frenemy. They are legitimately an ally, but they also shiv us. As bad as that is Saudi Arabia is more of an ally the Pakistan ever was.
