About 5 percent of American have 2nd homes.
Other people plow their money into time shares, extensive travel during vacations or RVs. When you add those into the mix we are talking about 30 or 40% of the population.
Fun Fact: There are a lot of 2nd homes in China. You going to call those people reactionaries? They follow every rule laid down by the Chinese Communist Party. It is know to be true, because the CCP has a social credit system and spies on everyone including the poster at 11:45.

Japan has not approved ivermectin for COVID. They have however approved it for emergency use, which is the same thing the American COVIDS vaccines have, an EAU.
Japan has been studying ivermectin for COVID since September 2020. Being cautious they are going to complete a full range of studies. So it will take 2 or 3 years before it is approved.

Taking a selfie with someone trespassing would be a good way to defuse a situation and get them to obey commands such "Hey we've taken a picture together, why don't you mosey on out of the building."
