Poland Responds To EU President Ursula von der Leyen's Vow To Punish Poland For Challenging The Supremacy Of EU Law

 

Daily Mail: 'We will not be blackmailed': Polish PM lashes out at Ursula von der Leyen after she vowed to punish his country over rule of law dispute which he says could collapse the EU

* Last week Polish judges ruled the country's constitution was supreme to EU law 

* Von der Leyen warned this was a 'direct challenge to the unity of Europe' 

The Polish Prime Minister has told Ursula von der Leyen 'we will not be blackmailed' after the European Commission chief vowed to punish his country for challenging the supremacy of EU law. 

Von der Leyen today told a stormy meeting of the European Parliament in Strasbourg that the Commission had a three-pronged attack if Poland fails to fall into line: legal challenge, sanctions and stripping it of membership rights. 

She warned: 'We cannot and will not allow our common values to be put at risk.'

Oops, the EU globalists showed a bit too much of their hand. At least it gives the Polish people a better idea of what the EU actually represents: TOTAL CONTROL. Nothing to see here. Now shut up and get back in line.

Poland is right: in the Lisbon Treaty which is the EU constitution there is NOTHING about the superiority of the EU right on the Country right Only few specific field are written, but nothing about the domestic justice.
Stand up Poland against the USSR kind of EU government.
