Bloomberg: Ex-CIA Director Joins Law Firm to Advise Super-Rich on Risks
(Bloomberg) -- Gina Haspel spent three decades at the Central Intelligence Agency, ultimately becoming its first permanent female director. Now she’s leading an effort by a U.S. law firm to advise family offices on risks to the world’s ultra-wealthy.
Haspel, along with one-time U.S. Department of Justice official Andrew Hruska, will oversee King & Spalding’s risk-advisory service, the Atlanta-based firm said Thursday in a statement. The group will work with major banks and other institutional firms to help clients assess risks to family wealth from such issues as countries of origin, regulations and cryptocurrencies.
King & Spalding partners Zack Harmon and Sally Yates, the former U.S. deputy attorney general, will also be on the team. Former Credit Suisse Group AG Chairman Urs Rohner, Peter Charrington, ex-global head of Citigroup Inc.’s private bank, and former Merrill Lynch banker Allen Vine will serve as advisers, according to a spokesman.

She is going to give a heads-up to clients on where conflicts, political instability, and security threats will rise. And I am sure she will be paid handsomely for this effort.

WNU I would support you, but your cover (or lack thereof) of the biggest change this World has ever seen, under the disguise of covid and the deadly vaccines, was and is to this day so bad, so underperforming, that I rather give my money to a bum.
Rationale: I get more honesty and valuable information on covid, and what's happening around it (power grabs) from anyone than you. Sorry but it had to be said.

Two things. First my guess is that most of what Haspel knows she got reading warnewsupdates. Second, the first commenter needs to take some time off.
THIS IS NOT the elected taking care of itself. This is what former officials of either party do when they no longer work ford govt. They go to lucrative jobs or to think tanks or to universities. After high-paying jobs in top spots do you expect them to work packing stuff for Amazon?
