Daily Mail: Justin Trudeau is reprimanded in Parliament for accusing Jewish Conservative Party MP of standing 'with people who wave swastikas' after she criticized him for 'fanning flames of an unjustified emergency' over Freedom Convoy crackdown 

* Justin Trudeau on Wednesday sparked anger by responding to a Jewish MP's criticism of his invoking of the Emergency Act, and saying that her party can 'support people who wave swastikas... if they want' 

* Melissa Lantsman, a 37-year-old Conservative MP for the Toronto suburb of Thornhill, confronted the prime minister in Parliament about the draconian law, which he invoked on Monday for the first time in 50 years 

* Trudeau responded with scorn to her complaints, saying: 'Conservative Party members can stand with people who wave swastikas, they can stand with people who wave the confederate flag' 

* He continued: 'We will chose to stand with Canadians who deserve to be able to get to their jobs, and get their lives back. These illegal protests need to stop and they will' 

 * The Speaker of the House then reprimanded Trudeau for using 'inflammatory' language in Parliament during the debates 

* Lantsman later tweeted: 'I think the Prime Minister should think long and hard about his own history before singling out a Jewish Member of parliament and falsely accusing me of standing with a Swastika' 

* Canadian police are visiting the homes of people who post on Facebook about Freedom Convoy 

* A Tory staffer departed from Ontario's provincial government after hack revealed she donated to Convoy 

* Marion Isabeau Ringuette was forced out after donating $100 to the protests against vaccine mandates 

* Meanwhile, Trudeau is preparing to create 'no-go' zones in Ottawa after police chief resigned 

* Canadian Civil Liberties Association slams him for 'bypassing the democratic process' with emergency power

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was reprimanded in Parliament on Wednesday when he accused a Jewish MP of 'standing with people who wave swastikas' after she criticized his handling of the Freedom Convoy truckers' anti-vaccine protests. 

Melissa Lantsman, a 37-year-old Conservative MP for the Toronto suburb of Thornhill, confronted the prime minister in Parliament about the draconian Emergency Act, which he invoked on Monday for the first time in 50 years in a bid to end 19 days of chaos. 

Trudeau responded with scorn to her complaints, saying: 'Conservative Party members can stand with people who wave swastikas, they can stand with people who wave the confederate flag.
