Daily Mail: 'It's not a battlefield, it's a crime scene': Putin's fleeing troops leave behind 410 bodies amid evidence of civilian executions, rapes and mass graves in worst European atrocity since Balkan Wars as Europe's leaders call for international probe

WNU Editor: The Kremlin is saying that this is a "false flag" event and are demanding an independent UN investigation into these claims. My advice to the Ukraine government is to grab this opportunity to have the UN come in to verify these claims, and bring in the international media to witness this.

The only thing I know for certain re: the information coming out of this war zone is that I do not believe any of it. From any source.

And getting a verifiable account of any claim from either side would do a great deal to resolve the info trust gap.

But can we believe the UN and/or the international media?

NOPE,

I'd like to send some lovely homemade pies to Puketin and his cowardly barbarians. Got any address I can use... to ensure they get to them. I'll send with sauce too, a special flavour one that they'll like.

How would that work exactly. Bodies putrify. The UN is not going to get there in 3 or 4 days. Russia and Ukraine use the same small arms.

Ukraine did not call the UN a week ago, because they did not expect to be wining on this front. Which begs the following question. Why did not the UN have a 'unit' on standby? Why did they not have a "Monuments Men" unit, but for war crimes investigations?

The UN has been utterly useless in Lebanon and Congo, why would Ukraine be any different. But it would be different. They would be more scared of speaking the truth.
