Stoltenberg says NATO needs to ramp up arms production in order to keep supplies flowing to Ukraine
NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg on Wednesday said the hard-fought city of Bakhmut in Ukraine’s Donetsk region may fall to Russian troops "in the coming days."
His comments followed claims by Russia’s mercenary Wagner Group which said it had taken the eastern part of the city after months of a brutal ground and air offensive.
Fox News Digital could not verify the group's claims and Stoltenberg did not confirm whether any part of the city has yet fallen to Moscow.

The point of the Battle of Bakhmut is, "Can Ukaine-NATO force Russia to culminate [exhaust itself, at least temporarily] at Bakhmut?"
WHEN Russia takes Bakhmut, if Russia or Ukraine-NATO is not able to push beyond Bakhmut in summer 2023 then the Battle of Bakhmut is a draw.
If Russia pushes westward in summer 2023 then Russia won the Battle of Bakhmut. If Ukraine-NATO pushes eastward in summer 2023 then Ukraine-NATO won.

The Battle started n early August. It is now March. It has been 7 months or over 7 months.
If it falls after 7 1/2 months and that is the sole Russian accomplishment in in 8 to 10 months, what does that say about Russia?
Russia denuded its defenses of Kola Peninsula. Any further denudation and the remaining defenders will be running around buck naked. Poor little bubble heads might not have a base to go back to. It might be so bad that the geriatric British empire might be able to head stomp the Russians and walk into Murmask after they build their base in Northern Norway.
Who is defending the Vladivostok? The Chinese or the North Koreans. I am sure they will take good care of it. The Naval Brigade 155th got shot up good. They ain't coming back. that is how empires die.
Of course ... of course the 155th will get replacement and 3% to 5% of them will succumb before they leave the training barracks, because people are animals, Russian dictators do not like NCOs and there are too few NCOs in barracks.

How is the 155th going to defend Vladivostok from the approaches to Vuhedar? Very well i should think if no one attacks well they are away and enough of them survival to have experience and from a training cadre. But that is the problem. Survival.
