This cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to accomplish. Since Ukraine is entirely dependent on Western aid, this is Western taxpayers money at work.

Yep Max Boot says the night life In Kiev is going full charge, the streets have plenty of traffic. The ukies can afford to have an Olympic team and spend a hell alot of money on a statue. But yet they scream for more aid and say they do not have enough equipment or manpower.
Is there something I am not seeing, or are they full of crap?
