WNU Editor: One thing I have learned about CIA Director William Burns is that when he arrives in a warzone (i.e. Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.), it gets worse when he leaves.

The CIA is not an organization devoted to peace. Hope you don't need examples to support that statement.

He means ...worse for who?. In this case hopefully worse for Hezbollah and Iran.
