WNU Editor: China does have a corruption problem, but I am skeptical of this Bloomberg report that rockets were filled with water and not fuel. It should also be noted that this is just a US intelligence report making an assessment on what is happening in China.

Over the years I've learned to treat everything coming from US (un)intelligence with skepticism. While they may be reliable as a source to corroborate more reliable sources, it would be questiobable judgement to rely on them as a primary source. I wouldn't do it.

what is clear this year--not what got done years ago--is that a nation with A-bombs is more likely not to be invaded. The US did remove such weapons from Ukraine, and so Russia invaded.
