* Passengers were left with severe burns to their legs and faces - others were hurt by crush as people fled

Police are today hunting for the 'bucket bomber' who tried to blow up a rush hour Tube train amid claims the terror suspect is armed with knives and may have left other devices.

The crude device could have killed dozens but failed to properly detonate and sent a 'wall of fire' through the carriage injuring at least 22 people including a ten-year-old boy.

Terrified passengers were seen covered in blood with scorched hands, legs, faces and hair – others suffered crush injuries during a 'human stampede' as they 'ran for their lives' at Parsons Green station in west London at 8.20am.

Part and parcel of living in a big city. Now back to work, pay your taxes and continue to buy all the products that consume your life. Just carry on as before.... remember, don't let the terrorists win!

What is the problem?

I don't see a problem!

The police came, secured the area, and investigated.

The EMT came and treated the wounded.

The coroner came and hauled off the corpses (Or is that the job of the corpsemen?).

Public Works hosed down the blood stains and put a little spackle on the shrapnel holes.


The temporary loss of tax revenue is nothing to get alarmed about. The wounded will be patched up in no time and their noses will be back on the grind stone. Fortunately there were no deaths but if there were, the newcomers would make up the difference.


What matter is process! Fortunately we have processes in place, which are fair, just, inclusive, balanced, nuanced, ...
