Epoch Times: Mexican President Responds to Trump’s Tariff on Mexican Goods to Curb Illegal Immigration
Mexican President Andres Manuel López Obrador has responded to President Donald Trump in a letter on May 30 after Trump imposed a tariff on Mexico to curb the heavy flow of illegal aliens at the southwest border.
On late May 30, Trump announced that the United States will impose a 5 percent tariff on all goods coming from Mexico from June 10, which will gradually increase “until the illegal immigration problem is remedied.”

A year, a year and a half ago it was known that Obrador would win and that he was an unrepentant Leftist. It was a given that trouble would follow.
Trump always gives his opponent a way out. All Obrador has to do is not hand out transit visas to illegals in Mexico and beef up its southern border and trade can continue as normal.
Instead Obrador digs in waiting for the Pelosi, Never Trumpers and others to do his dirty work.
At some point the US will not be able to absorb too many peasant, They will not be able to absorb non-Spanish speakers It will have problems just like Rome. Of you think that is good see how many time various areas changed hand like the plains of Hungary. Rome fell and we had the Dark Ages. Obrador might want to reconsider his course of action.
