WNU Editor: Nothing in this report is a surprise. When you are an outsider that the establishment of the Party that you are running for hates and despises you .... but you still win the election .... your reservoir of people that you can count on to support and implement your agenda is limited. Previous Presidents always had a group of people ready to step in on day one to run the government and to implement your agenda. President Obama is in my opinion the poster child on how quickly a government can efficiently shift from one party to the next without missing a heart beat .... and in the case of President Obama they were ready to run on Day One. Not the case for President Trump. He had to go outside of Washington to find personnel to help him run his administration, and even then many of them did not make the cut. Coupled this with the Mueller probe that targeted literally everyone that President Trump brought on board, made it even less likely that anyone would want to join his team. What also has not helped is that the Trump administration has hired only a minuscule number of Republican insiders from the vast pool of DC Republicans that went against him during the election. Talk about creating a lot of resentment. With time these issues do work itself out, but President Trump has clearly failed in the past two years in addressing this issue.
