Al Jazeera: Israeli missile attack kills civilians: Syrian state media
A state-run broadcaster said four civilians including a baby killed while Syrian military said it confronted the attack.
Israeli warplanes have fired missiles targeting Syrian military positions in Homs and the Damascus outskirts in Syria in an attack that killed at least four civilians and wounded another 21, Syrian state media said.
The Syrian military said on Monday that its air defences had confronted the attack, which was launched from Lebanese airspace.
An Israeli military spokeswoman, asked about the report, said: "We don't comment on such reports."

Beyond this attack the question about the GPS jamming is much harder.
It is very good when Israel takes out more bad guys hiding behind the skirts of their women and children. What cowards the terrorists are!

A vet who participated in night raids in Afghanistan on small villages, like really small four buildings including a barn types, and when no "terrorist" were found, even the young boys were years away from combat, killed all the animals. When asked by an embedded news guy why he had killed the animals, his response was "job security man."
I get the feeling Obama passed on that Seal raid in Yemen, when the primary target, the 8 year old girl was to be killed, was because A) he had two daughters and just couldn't bring himself to order the killing of the little girl, and B) being a constitutional expert he finally realized that killing an American without trial was a violation and he didn't want to be a repeat offender. Besides, Trump had no such morals and ordering a war crime so soon after taking office was the test, you know for future reference. I believe Obama fell into that trap very easily on asuming office.

take Syria...the US has not declared war there. Nor has Russia, Assad or the Kurds...civilians are killed...Gaza versus Israel. No declared war. War on Terror. the point, then: military action in a declared war or military action kills civilians
