Joe Biden Answers CNN's Anderson Cooper To The Shooting Of Jacob Blake With An Entirely Different Incident

WNU Editor: It is not only not understanding Anderson Cooper's question, but Joe Biden is wrong on Charlottesville .... Trump Has Condemned White Supremacists (FactCheck.org), and on David Duke .... Biden wrong when he says Trump hasn’t condemned David Duke (Politifact). This is why many Democrats do not want Joe Biden to debate President Trump.

Fact checking a Trump Biden debate will be as fair as fact checking in a Romney Obama debate.

That is it will not be fair at all.

I think the reason Democrats do not want a debate is that they see putting their agenda on public display, as Trump would, puts their control of the House and their hopes for the Senate in serious jeopardy. When Pelosi says Biden should not debate, her main concern is her Speaker's gavel.

"That is it will not be fair at all." Essentially who checks the so called fact checkers? Since the media has gotten it wrong so many times, I don't trust the fact checkers.

The optimal thing to have happen would be for the "fact checker" and the person they are checking to publicly discuss the issue, address the issues, and clarify positions or correct them as necessary. Also, the user of this information should attempt to independently verify what the fact xhdvker says and what the person they are checking says.

Since it's not going to be possible to independently verify everything either party says nor will it be possible for the parties to discuss everything and iron out differences as their isn't sufficient time to do fhis, the user of the information presented is left needing to use their best judgment as to whom to believe.

In the case of Trump vs the media fact checkers, the fact checkers have lied and distorted Trump's words abd records on so many cases that they've lost credibility. In contrast, while Trump does misspeak from time to time, he's generally been very truthful. It should be pointed out that anyone who addresses the public either through spoken or written word will from time to time communicate something that is inaccurate or even stupid.

From this I've developed a rule of thumb. When there's a divergence between Trump and the fact checkers, go with what Trump says and disregard the si called "fact checkers." Taking this position will result in the correct conclusion far more often than not in my experience.
