Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has had his death sentence overturned by a federal appeals court after his lawyers successfully argued some jurors had already decided he was guilty before his trial had even started.
The three-judge panel of the 1st US Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston issued the decision on Friday more than six months after arguments were heard in the case.

The same type of people, who believe in the Russian Collusion hoax, are the same type of people, who would not listen to the Russian FSB about how bad Tsarnaev's were.
The Russian Collusion Hoaxers are responsible for those dead and maimed.
Well at least the suits didn't deny the perp deliberately killed. Death of others was his goal and he succeded. The deaths were enhancements to this creature's "statement". That his scheduled demise was overturned for alledged bias on the part of some jurors, according to the suits, doesn't refute what he deliberately did. And that is why what's his name shouldn't live another minute; this was a deliberate act, the success of which was "glorified" by the death and destruction of others. The more the better. As was this creature's victims' fate he should also no longer be amongst the living. Consider his demise the price of admission to the Hall of Fame to what ever cause he felt his act made it's twisted statement.
The suits' reasoning is an insult.
Wonder who is paying this legal bill? LOL, it’s the tax payers and here they get screwed after being killed and maimed.
