MEXICO CITY (Reuters) -Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Wednesday again declined to congratulate Joe Biden for winning the U.S. presidential election, making him stand out increasingly among world leaders who have withheld their recognition.
Speaking shortly after China’s President Xi Jinping congratulated Biden for his victory, Lopez Obrador reiterated that it would be wrong to offer congratulations until the electoral process has been formally concluded.
“We do not agree with offering congratulations in advance,” Lopez Obrador told reporters at a regular government news conference. “What’s the best thing? For us to wait.”

WNU Editor: Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador believes election fraud and ballot stuffing was used to defeat him when he ran for the Presidency in 2012. He knows first hand what election fraud looks like, and will refrain from saying anything about the US election until after U.S. state electors make it official in December that Biden is the next US President.

anon: we know the electoral votes and there are now info handouts for the incoming regime and so yes in our nation when we want a smooth transition we can tell who won and what needs doing. Not so here because some lady who was a Trump hire followed the dolt's desire and does not yet recognize the new president. And when the entire nation does, he will still deny it just the way he never could admit how fucked up he was in discussing Obama's birthplace. Trump will soon be the only person in the nation who does accept the reality of the Presidency election.
