Hacks are acts of war and should be treated as such. The perception is that Trump is on the way out and Biden is weak and will be subservient to them. Fortunately it apoears the invaders were caught before significant damage was done.
Hopefully the Biden team will be as competent as the Trump team has been. Biden and his team no doubt understand how they are perceived. As such, I expect them to try something dramatic to challenge Russia and China straight away. The numerous puff pieces in the media telegraph this. Russia and China aren't impressed by such puff pieces.
