Is this why joe moved up the withdrawal from the gratuitously symbolic 9/11/;2021 to August?

Maybe Joe should have moved up the withdrawal to July?

Can he postdate the withdrawal to May 31st and avoid the helicopter scene? Post dating stuff worked well for the general election. Why not for this?
