Reuters: Russia says U.S. should prove it did not destroy Nord Stream
(Reuters) - The United States should try to prove it was not behind the destruction of the Nord Stream gas pipelines that connected Russia to Western Europe, the Russian embassy to the United States said on Thursday.
Moscow considers the destruction of Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines last September "an act of international terrorism" and will not allow it to be swept under the rug, the embassy said in a statement.

Seems unbelievably risky to me to plan and perform such an extreme act in a situation less than war.
I find it very very difficult to believe the likes of the biden admin would do this, unimpressive as they are in most everything. There's a lot of people involved in something of this nature.

Roger has a point. Joe Biden is risk adverse. He is a coward. He couldn't face Cornpop in a straight up fight. He had to improvise brass knuckles. He advised against taking out Obama bin Laden. Someone might have badgered him or acted on his behalf, but that is it.
I hate to criticize the President of The United States. But the reality is that Joe Biden has never been the sharpest tool in the shed. But I will say this, he has shown himself to be both dishonest and vindictive.
But the folks in SPEC OP land are another matter.
