I don't know, why not? That said, what could sen as a "victory" for the Democrat could be the worst thing for them in the future. 74 millions Americans humiliated plus few millions center left disappointed from 2 years of Biden economy failure will be devastated.
It is a historical precedent to kick black people off a train or keep them enslaved. So why do we care about precedent.
Since when is one congress bound by what a previous congress does?
If they can bar Trump from ever running again, they can bar anyone they deem unworthy from ever running.
How convenient!
Sulla and Marius proscribed people from holding office, executed them, and also seized all their wealth.
Perhaps Schumer and the other miscreants do not know this history, because it related to European history, which is considered passé by liberals. Schumer might well consider ancient Roman history and the effects of proscription on society.
Rome went through another 80 years or 4 generations of strife because of the exile, theft by politics and proscription.
But Schumer is no smarter than AOC. Just a little cannier maybe and older.
